LEVEL ONE

16 hour course (Taught in 4 x 4hrs or 2 x 8 hrs)

The level one course covers an introduction to shiatsu, background on the style/therapy, shiatsu texts and relaxation/meditation. The course also covers shiatsu points all over the body, hand diagnosis and different shiatsu techniques, and by the end of the course you will be able to give a complete (basic) treatment.

LEVEL TWO

16 hour (Taught in 4 x 4hrs or 2 x 8 hrs)

The level two course covers additional points to the level one course and treatments for specific problems such as frozen shoulder, back pain & stiffness, shoulder & neck tension, leg problems and sciatica. Also covered is facial diagnosis, an introduction to meridians and additional shiatsu techniques.

Courses cost $110 each and are run on either Thursday evenings or on Sundays during the day. Course cost includes notes (and folder), refreshments, certificates and tuition.

You do not have to wait for the next designated course time - if you can get 4 or more people together to do the course, you can get a course run just for your group at a mutually convenient time!
